The Tizen Project, a coalition between Intel, Panasonic, Samsung and a number of mobilecarriers, has released the first non-beta release of Tizen. It consists of the TizenOS source code and a software development kit (SDK). Continue reading
Tizen will be officially released around Summer 2012, but of course first developer versions are already available. Someone with access to a release of the Tizen SDK made some Screenshots of the User Interface. This is of course only a Snapshot of the current Development, but it gives an Idea of what the System will look like. Impressed?
